I am excited to announce that effective January 1, 2010, Alison Empey, an active Strathroy Chapter member will be joining the organization as President.
Alison brings to our organization a drive for helping women succeed and skills that will support WOT in its strategic plan for growth.
My new title will be "Founder and Director of Member Marketing Support" which will me allow me to focus on my strengths and passion of supporting women in marketing their businesses and publishing our co-op magazines.
I am busily planning the new Masters of Marketing Program that is an amazing free benefit to membership and will position WOT as an organization that offers a tremendous value to or members in regards to our main focus which is to support our members market their businesses.
Our goal is to be recognized as a Professional Organization for Women offering more than just networking but also Valuable Marketing Support and as our new slogan states, “The New Wave in Networking for Women Entrepreneurs”.
